I have considerable experience in all aspects of the business world. Selling skills, senior management, franchisor, International marketing and establishing of franchise offices throughout Africa are all within my experience.  I am passionate about training, mentoring and coaching at all levels and I have been involved in these activities since 1983. I am a pioneer at heart and I have taken leadership roles in every endeavour that I have been involved in.

My background in farming has given me a stable grounding from which I launched into the real estate sector and was involved with the leading independent real estate company in Africa for 17 years. During my career, I was based in SA, the UK, Saudi Arabia and in Kenya and have fulfilled roles from Regional Manager to MD of International Divisions and finally CEO of a franchise operation in Kenya which I was instrumental in launching in 2011/12

My overriding desire is to see people grow and develop into their full potential and to fulfill their destiny. To this end I completed my MBCI training in 2011 and am now an accredited Mentor and Business Coach offering my services through BdL Consulting.
