• Feasibility surveys and market research
• Set-up of appropriate legal and tax structures
• Lobbying and application for international subsidies when appropriate
• Research of supplying, business, commercial and distribution partnerships
• Assistance in the recruitment of management teams
• Participation to negotiations to all types of contracts or agreements
• Development of sales, marketing and communication strategies
• Operational support and control of the executive team or board of directors and reporting to the head-office/parent company
